The mushroom swiss burger was good and the service was friendly and surprisingly fast.
I love this diner. Family owned, excellent service, delicious food. I always try to stop here when passing through Beaver. Highly recommended! The fried chicken is the best.
Will you stop here for lunch every time we go to salt lake and back to St George we've been doing this for the last 10 years we love this place
I give it an a plus, great service biscuits gravy just like Grandma used to make.I'll definitely stop here next time through 😎👍
Best pie in Utah. Did not disappoint. Support a local business between St. George and SLC.
I make it a point to stopping Beaver to eat here whenever I am driving on I-15. Ilove family owned Cafe's and this one is top notch. Exceptional food, large portions, friendly staff and good prices. Every menu item I have ordered has been great
Told us not to wear masks, and none of the employees are wearing masks. Total disregard to public safety.
Fantastic breakfast, everything perfectly prepared. Friendly staff completes the experience.
We always make this a priority on our way through the beaver area. Amazing service, and the business has been up and running for over 75 years! Fantastic pies and amazing peach cobbler. The prices are very reasonable and the food is top notch. Would 100% recommend if you are in the area. 😁
We love hanging out. Yesterday we came to this magnificent place which friends told us about. We spent a lovely evening there with superb food and a nice team and a distinguished chef. We put this place in our phone list and we will certainly come back soon. We deeply recommend.
Had a great dinner at Arshels Cafe tonight ! Highly recommend the fish and shrimp. Wish there was more of each both the fish and the shrimp, it came with 2 pieces of each, but they were delicious and I could have eaten more.! Our waitress was awesome and the food was great ! Highly recommend !! Thank you Arshels Cafe 😀👍👍
Great home style food and awesome service.
Friendly service, home cooked meals, reasonable prices.
Fresh coffee, fresh vegetables, the meal was made with love. Have been coming here for years, will continue to do so!👍🏽❤
On our way to see our son and his family in Phoenix, AZ we had the desk clerk at Days Inn recommend Arshel's Cafe as a great place to eat in Beaver, UT. Generally, we go to a chain restaurant because we know it will be the same, even if it not what we really want. Five stars is inadequate to say this place is A++. Service was wonderful and friendly. The cover on the menu states "food prepared the old fashion way." To me that means in a superior fashion and it certainly was! My wife and I were there on December 21, 2019 at 12:05 PM per my photo record. My wife and I HIGHLY recommend Arshel's. Very short distance off I-15 but certainly worth the two minutes to get there. We will recommend this cafe to family, friends, and any body interested in a high quality experience. Respectfully, Dr. K.L. Gilbert
This is a lovely little spot with great food and great service. I had the patty melt and my wife had the bacon cheeseburger and they were both delicious. A good little spot if your passing through Beaver.
Wonderful hometown feel. Friendly people and good food.
Good mix of food. Fresh cut french fries. I had the chicken breast sandwich. It was cooked very good and was delicious.
We were seated immediately. Our drink order was taken right away. Our drinks came right away. The waitress too our order quickly. Food came with a short wait. Great place for very small town. Price was affordable. 2 complete meals with appetizers and pie was about $28. The choc/peanut butter pie was very good. We had a good experience
The other 5 star reviews weren’t wrong. This place was awesome. If you’re a diner person do yourself a favor and stop in. Kind people, delicious food and even better pie
Enjoyed the experience. What you'd expect from a diner, at a good price point. If you enjoy diner food you'll love it. There is no all day breakfast like most diners, so keep that in mind. The 5* rating comes from the pie. The food was great, but the pie was greater. Pay the extra few bucks to have a slice after your meal!
About a mile from interstate 15 and well worth the small detour. We decided to try this diner because of previous reviews regarding this location. I say that the review was correct. Nice and friendly diner. We only had their soup and salad as we didn't want to get too full. My husband and I shared a piece of the Cherry pie, as was also recommended by a previous reviews. It was delicious. I plan on making this stop when I'm the area again. I was not disappointed and hope neither will you.
Arshel’s is our favorite place to stop when traveling on I-15 between northern and southern Utah. The food is your standard diner fare, but the pie...(insert Homer Simpson drooling sound effect here). Oh, the pie. We always get the peanut butter chocolate pie. They make it in house, homemade crust and everything. The staff is always cheerful and kind, and we never have to wait long for our food. We love down-home, old-fashioned places like Arshel’s.
Just what you would expect from the small town diner. Good fries. Good burger and the kindest host who didn’t make fun when I dumped my water in my lap.
I’m very disappointed I’m compelled to only give 3 stars when it could’ve easily merited 4 or 5! This is the quintessential bucolic little cafe! Seriously tastes just like moms home-cooking. (With the exception of the short-cutted peach cobbler). And 90% of the service was excellent. However, even if Beaver is practically your 2nd home and you’re not a local, you’ll completely get a cold shoulder from the manager lady who talks it up with EVERYONE except non-locals! Way to make a UT driver feel totally excluded and ensure he NEVER returns! Even big chain restaurant managers make sure to personally speak to every patron...
Arshels Cafe was a great little place to grab breakfast we were happy to find it. Reasonable prices and good food served by a friendly staff of 1. Highly recommended if your travels bring you through town.
Food is pretty good, dessert included. Service was appreciated, though perhaps a little overbearing. Medium steak was well done. I would go back, even though the visit was far from perfect.
Arshels is a very good eating experience.
We stopped here for lunch on the way up to Salt Lake. The salad was just some iceberg lettuce and tomato. I had the club sandwich with fries. It was not what I expected. A serious lack of turkey and bacon disappointed. My husband liked his chicken noodle soup. The service was okay, the waitress had no personality and smelled of cigarettes because she was outside smoking when we pulled up. We probably won't be stopping here again.
